@AndrewCurran_ Meta doubling down on WhatsApp as the real distribution muscle for AI agents instead of chasing developer hype.
It could actually help small businesses handle basic customer stuff without extra hires but I doubt it will close sales or run operations reliably yet.
@MeghanBobrowsky These idiots seriously don't get it. This is like someone who designed the first online shopping cart wanting to just take over all of retail. That's not how it works but they don't care. They will throw billions at this to try and force it to happen.
