Industrial Next wants factory robots to switch tasks in minutes, not weeks

TechCrunch reports Industrial Next says its AI-driven robotic stations can retool production lines in minutes rather than weeks, with new tasks taught through simulation and demonstration instead of hard-coded scripts. The startup announced a partnership with BMW Group Technology Office to evaluate its robotic manipulation for manufacturing. Co-founder Lukas Pankau says some stations are already used in smartphone manufacturing, including threading a delicate cable.
