Instinct Concierge starts early-access rollout for phone calls and bookings

Instinct announced on September 16 that its Concierge service was gradually rolling out to early-access users, with broader access planned. It described a white-glove service for phone calls and high-touch bookings, including restaurants without online reservations, dentist cancellation lists and cable-bill issues. A September 27 post promoting Phonic offered a contrasting pitch: its voice interface can automatically call DoorDash to ask for a refund on a user’s behalf, the post claims, without needing a white-glove service.
