Omnara Open-Source Alternative to Claude Managed Agents Launched

Ishaan Sehgal, co-founder and CEO of Omnara, introduced the project on X. The announcement describes Omnara as an open-source alternative to Claude Managed Agents and an API for creating and interacting with production-grade agents. Users build the agents while Omnara handles hosting, durable state, sandboxes, permissions, secrets, and remaining production infrastructure. The startup belongs to Y Combinator's S25 batch.
