Timnit Gebru Flags Tegmark Institute Nazi Funding Link

Timnit Gebru posted a reply on social media that referenced a grant from Max Tegmark to a Nazi-linked group. The post included a link to an Expo investigation. That investigation reported the Future of Life Institute offered financing to right-wing extremists in Sweden. The institute is described in the article as Elon Musk-funded and directed by Tegmark, an MIT professor and Swedish citizen. Gebru presented the grant detail as additional context in the exchange. The Expo piece states the offer targeted a pro-Nazi organization. No further updates or responses appear in the supplied packet lines.
