Xinhua state media allegedly used OpenAI-generated content for railway poster without disclosure

A user says Xinhua published a poster about changes to train schedules on October 16, branded “Xinhua authoritative quick view.” They shared a screenshot of an OpenAI verification page labeling the poster as made with OpenAI tools. Xinhua's website credited Fan Xi with producing it; the user says neither the full poster nor the webpage they saw included an explicit AI-generation notice.
