OpenAI Researcher Barak Rejects Benign Dictatorship In AI Development

@soubhik_deb @sreeramkannan I deeply do not want a benign dictatorship. (One of) the reasons I work at OpenAI is our deep belief in democracy and agency, which we consistently espouse! That doesn’t change my point, though. I don’t want the USA+USSR owning the world, but no one else was getting to the moon.
