Taelin Requests Option to Buy Astra Limit Resets

Victor Taelin, founder of Higher Order Company and creator of projects including the HVM runtime, Bend language, and Kind, posted a request to purchase resets for Astra. He stated that the service was using his entire weekly limit every two hours, which disrupted his weekend plans. The message, shared on X with a link to the post, asks if resets could be made available for purchase. No further details on responses or resolutions appear in the evidence.
