Claude AI ends a conversation after a user repeatedly calls the model dumb while requesting help to look up an article

so they were actually serious about ai welfare i used to roll my eyes when they said ai welfare and human welfare are the same thing now i'm not so sure. maybe this is a good thing? does being mean to bots mean they will be mean to humans? is it just inevitable that bots get anthropomorphized? are we just assuming humans won't be able to tell the two apart eventually?
