Susan Zhang@suchenzangit's not called cooking the books when they do it at neolabs in the bay area. it's called "strategic accounting innovation and obfuscation to protect critical national interests " ! after all, you wouldn't want to let evil authoritarian regimes in on any of the real costs when the race, as it stands, is already existential to democracy surviving! this information is strategically hidden to protect humanity. the swine wouldn't know what to do with such pearls of information anyway.1h
