The company reported a Spearman correlation of 0.61 between Beacon-2’s dose predictions and those derived from experimental data across 20 real-world drug programs. A similar study of 325 publicly available compounds from the ExpansionRx OpenADMET competition showed a Spearman correlation of 0.79, the company said.
