Engineer Says Security Walls Felt Like Paper After LLM Research

Brendan Dolan-Gavitt, research engineer at XBOW on leave from NYU Tandon, posted that working with frontier LLMs for vulnerability research made him feel the solid walls of his house were all made of paper. He noted he already knew humans were not good at secure software but said having fistfuls of Chrome vulnerabilities made it very real.
