Cognition introduces Devin Auto-Triage, an AI system with long-term memory that monitors incoming bugs and incidents, investigates them, and generates context or pull requests across Datadog, Sentry, and PagerDuty.

AI Judge changed title after evaluation, original title: "Cognition introduces Devin Auto-Triage, an AI system that monitors incoming bugs and incidents from tools like Datadog and Sentry while identifying root causes and generating pull requests"

A manager agent coordinates subagents while preserving context across tasks.

One think I really like with Devin Auto-Triage vs most home-grown SRE/bugfix automations:

It’s structured as a manager agent + a subagent fleet

The system has the full context + running memory. So I can ask for reports, to dedup bugs, to remember to tag certain people, and more

you can now use devin to auto-triage issues from @raindrop_ai

(it's *really* good)

Having to manually prompt your coding agent to do work will soon feel like a UX bug.

The future is setting up automations so that your agent already does the work by the time you log on. We've shipped a ton of functionality around this over the past few months. Excited to release Auto-Triage publicly today!

devin auto-triage was executed flawlessly.

instead of relying on web hooks like cursor, devin just plugs into your slack. and then uses MCP to get additional context where needed.

try it with @raindrop_ai today :)

Auto-Triage connects Devin to the systems where issues already show up: Slack, Linear, GitHub, schedules, webhooks, observability tools, tickets, alerts, and code.

When something needs attention, Devin starts to investigate automatically.

Devin Auto-Triage gets smarter with every incident.

Devin can remember prior investigations, deduplicate related reports, link threads and tickets, map team ownership areas, and keep track of recurring issues.

Teams like @modal are already using Devin Auto-Triage for incidents on their inference team.

“Devin Automations feels like a step forward from other auto-triage tools we’ve tried. It monitors our channel, works with our codebase and observability stack, and comes back with useful investigation without us having to prompt it.” — Hari Subbaraj, Member of Technical Staff @ Modal

@cognition “Long term memory” isn’t exactly solved with embeddings that squeeze in top-N semantic matches into the prompt.

@cognition @cognition i just set up the automation on my account, but I haven't received the credits yet. I did it about an hour ago. Is there anything else I need to do? My account is on the Max plan.

@cognition We're using it already, and it's great! It's really helpful to have Devin kick off an investigation and return with context before a human has a chance to take a look.
