Astra-6-ExtraHigh reportedly speeds through flood modeling, then botches a report revision

A user says Astra-6-ExtraHigh did probably three days' worth of technical flood modeling in a couple of hours, using about 10 minutes of their time. They say it then badly botched the report revision, blaming a “painful lack of theory of mind” that they called the “#1 AI failure mode.”
