@EricTopol @NotebookLM FDA already said "no" to preventative anti-IL-1 biologics/Canakinumab for MACE years ago after the CANTOS trial, too expensive for payers + infection risk.

Oral NLRP3i trial for prevention seems more likely for approve...but who gonna find that? ($$$!!!)
