Anthropic's draft prospectus reportedly lists $518 billion in cloud and compute commitments

TradingVCs says a draft Anthropic prospectus leaked on September 28 and showed about $4.6 billion in 2025 revenue, a $42 billion net loss and $518 billion in cloud and compute commitments. It says roughly 80% of the commitments cannot be canceled or are take-or-pay. The post says Anthropic aims to list in November at up to $2 trillion; Dave McClure, quoted in the post, expressed concern about pressure on margins and revenue growth.
