Monica gave a wedding speech using her AI-recreated voice after ALS
ElevenLabs says it recreated Monica's voice from an old home video, and she was using it to talk with family.

After ALS took Monica's voice, she used an AI recreation of it to give a speech at her daughter's wedding, ElevenLabs says. The company said it made the recreation from an old home video and that Monica used it to talk with her family. ElevenLabs also said its technology had been used to restore voices for more than 11,000 people and pledged to help one million people living with voice loss.
