Google leaks Gemini Spark always-on AI agent details
Google leaked details of Gemini Spark, an experimental always-on AI agent built to connect to Gmail, Calendar, location, tasks, web sessions and other apps for autonomous operation. Beta screens label the tool experimental and flag access to remote browser data plus Gemini Apps Activity. Permission notices describe third-party sharing of name, contacts, files and preferences while warning that the agent may perform unprompted actions such as data sharing or purchases. Google I/O opens in five days.
