    @honeAnnouncing Hone Intelligence has become abundant. Yet the world looks remarkably similar to how it did five years ago. With every model release, the gap between what frontier AI can do and the economic value derived from it widens. Closing the gap requires re-organizing work around organizational outcomes, not individual tasks. Hone builds AI that creates, orchestrates, and improves agents and software continuously to own organizational outcomes over weeks and months.     @oqbradyExcited to share what I've been working on at @hone! I recently wrapped up my time at Mercor. Thank you @BrendanFoody and @adarsh_exe, it was a privilege to be part of that trajectory. Mercor gave me a front row seat to model intelligence gains on economically valuable tasks. But the capabilities gap continued to widen: we now have PhDs on demand in a datacenter, yet most knowledge work remains unchanged. The greatest challenge and opportunity of the moment is closing that overhang: building systems that can own real responsibility, run autonomously for months inside the mess of real organizations, and learn from their own outcomes the way people do. If this challenge excites you, we are hiring across research, engineering, and product.
