Waymo Ojai draws complaints about a seat belt buckle and a stuck door
A rider complained on September 23 about a seat belt buckle falling off, after earlier describing a cramped Ojai ride, a rushed yellow light and a jammed door.
TLDR
In a September 23, 2026 complaint tagging Waymo, a rider wrote, โthe buckle fell off the safety belt?โ and called it the latest operational problem with an Ojai. On September 8, the same rider said an Ojai had little room inside, got stuck in traffic and rushed a yellow light. The rider said the door mechanism jammed when closing after they got out, and their friends took the bus home.
