Personal AI Agent Setups Reduce to Managing Context and Instructions via Markdown

for personal agent setups, there's only two things to manage: 1. context/data relevant to solving your query 2. instructions to easily navigate to+update+retrieve that data at its core, this can be a single map .md file, maybe a folder of scripts and a bunch of info md files

i find more complexity is helpful to increase reliability or parallelism of tasks (more tools for like, APIs). but in general my agents can always navigate to what they need with 2 steps, and ive not seen a need to increase this kind of complexity
