Pika unveils new AI creative platform with Video Studio

Pika unveiled its new AI creative platform on September 17, 2026, describing tools for fully produced ads and films alongside smaller tasks, such as swapping an element in post-production or creating an image to pitch a concept. The company says its apps automatically select a model based on what users are making, while allowing manual selection. In a September 18 follow-up, Pika said Video Studio lets users attach characters, products, settings and styles, then @mention them in a prompt to specify how they should be used. It says the app can generate multi-shot videos up to three minutes long, including sound.
