Using personal agents to prepare for annual reviews

Ahead of annual reviews, a user with ADHD says they asked personal agents with email and calendar access and voice capabilities to interview them about their achievements. Talking felt easier than trying to remember everything while writing, they said, and the agents could check when something happened months earlier. They recommend giving an agent the review criteria and questions before asking it to conduct an interview.
