Now, we're still the same bunch of nerds, but building "something else" — it's not even clear what to call it. What's for sure is it's not "just a tool," and it comes with very different responsibilities: tech's having to build a new muscle.

Sad milestone tonight: a user was acting suicidal with his Lindy, who proactively decided to escalate to support (we alerted health authorities in his locality). Feels weird. SF used to build "software" — just tools, to help you do stuff.
