Miles Brundage Voices Concern Over AI Pace

Miles Brundage posted that the Astra demos are crazy and Anthropic is surely not far behind. He wrote that he is very concerned about the pace of things. In a reply he added that if someone's primary emotion about AI is not concern they are probably misunderstanding the situation in some way. He noted excitement to do some things with the technology. Brundage is Executive Director of AVERI, a nonprofit focused on third-party auditing and evaluation of frontier AI systems.
