Well I have learned early on to avoid any meeting with young associates at funds, as they more often then not are a waste of time. Mostly you are just training material for them. And while you can always learn something from an experienced VC, there is seldom any lesson learned there.

@saranormous @SaiMandhan Agree. Might one of the best jobs for a young person in tech so long as you find the right ppl and leave after a few years as a default
