@candyyueliu 1 hour battery life?

@candyyueliu time to test the implications of this; can you roll me in the draw

@candyyueliu I haven't been this hyped for a gadget in a very long time.

@candyyueliu hey, I was wondering I could get a free pair to build with? I'm a high schooler based in the bay area!

@candyyueliu Just preordered!

@dwxrstt Thanks friend! Please check out http://www.monako.ai!

@candyyueliu running claude code from glasses is the most cyberpunk thing i've seen all week. the future is here and it looks ridiculous bro

@cyrilismyname It's mostly an MOQ concern, if we can get enough preorders, we can definitely bump the chipset. Color displays need more compute to not stutter, so we'd have to go with a Qualcomm chip. Qualcomm won't work with us unless we can place a big enough order :)

@candyyueliu Be sure to get that Hermes in there

🔹Buildroot Linux running on Arm Cortex A7. 🔹0.5TOPS NPU for hand tracking and YOLO. 🔹300mah battery, 4 hours screen-on time, 8 hours of normal usage.

@candyyueliu This is incredible. I hope to put my own harnesses and agents on something like this

@candyyueliu Me: Claude ! Can u see the Eiffel Tower? Claude: Yes, looks like we are in Paris! Me: Good, now build Eiffel Tower Clone for me, make no mistakes!

@candyyueliu

@_arbitrarity @EvenRealities Even is running a variant of RTOS, we went with a chipset that supports Linux Kernel because we're building ours for hackers :D Before we ship out units, we'll put our entire OS on github for your Claude to audit. 0 data collection on our end :)

@DeepThinkLabs You can preorder on http://www.monako.ai! Our website is really neat :)

@candyyueliu Why Linux?

@candyyueliu Now I see why you were LVMH this screams luxury yet productivity

@candyyueliu Amazing, will they be available with prescription lenses?
