    TLDR

In a September 30 post, Goldberg invited interested IROS26 attendees nearing completion of their PhDs to meet him and his students at the Bistro near the Westin Hotel registration desk from 7 to 8 p.m. that evening. He said they were particularly interested in candidates with skills in model-based methods, control theory, computer vision and motion planning who were excited to work with frontier LLM and VLM models.
