Artificial Analysis announces role evaluating Korea’s sovereign AI models

Artificial Analysis says it signed a memorandum of understanding formalizing its role as an official evaluation partner and independent evaluator for the Korean government’s Sovereign AI Model Foundation project. In its September 13, 2026 announcement, it said participating labs’ models were benchmarked using its Intelligence Index in the competition’s most recent round. The index accounted for 25% of the overall judging criteria, it said.
