Imp arrives as an experimental DSPy port for Elixir

Imp’s creator says the project began as a test of whether models could port software across languages and grew into a DSPy port for Elixir’s BEAM ecosystem. Version 0.5.0 is experimental, they say, and its optimizers probably need expensive benchmarking to prove they work.
