Google raises Gemini Flash 3.5 input prices fivefold to $1.50 per million tokens from the 2.5 version, prompting users to request a lower-cost half-speed tier.

Output prices also rose from $2.50 to $9.00 per million tokens.

2.5 flash is good enough for me 🤷‍♂️ if its truly that much more intelligent maybe create a new model category instead?
