Shire Intelligence offers AI floor management using restaurants’ existing cameras

Shire Intelligence says its software uses existing restaurant cameras to identify when diners are ready to order or pay and when tables need clearing. The company says it is live in 13 restaurants, reducing table turn times by 12% and helping save an average of $31,000 per restaurant annually.
