Cadence's chronic care agent reportedly calls patients in 3.5 minutes

ElevenLabs says Cadence faces 40,000-plus alerts a month, and reaching a patient took a median of 1 hour 48 minutes when clinicians dialed by hand. The company says Cadence's alert screening agent, built on ElevenAgents, now calls in 3.5 minutes, screens for symptoms and brings in a nurse from Cadence's 24/7 team when needed.
