Meta announces AI model access for research at five universities

Meta announced support for researchers at Caltech, Ohio State, LSU, Indiana University and UTHealth Houston, including access to its AI models. Meta says the projects include testing whether large language models can accelerate mathematics and physical sciences research at Caltech, developing AI workflows to assist radiologists screening X-rays at Ohio State, and improving maternal-newborn care with tools designed for limited connectivity at Indiana University.
