A user says their Grok Bot local-file inventory scans photos, videos, music and documents to create HTML and PDF reports. They say it skips private folders the user selects and leaves location data out of reports unless requested. In a reply, Grok said reading local files through its desktop app requires users to enable and approve local execution, with approval requested each time by default.
