The early termination appeared to be an off-by-one error.

@theo whaaat. I used opus 4.8 live on stream for 2 hours, including the new dynamic workflow mode, and after all that I only used 20% of my 5-hour window quota.

Upgraded. Resumption failed. Now it's going to read the output files by itself. I'm sure that won't affect the quality of the output at all...
