    TLDR

Kim Isenberg posted that Anthropic's lack of response to accusations and complaints stands out. The analyst's for you page shows users canceling subscriptions amid the criticism. Isenberg suggests a positive reading that the company knows about the issues and is addressing them through work on Opus 5.1 and Fable 5.1. The tweet treats the visible cancellations as evidence of ongoing dissatisfaction with current models.

@kimmonismusWhat bothers me is Anthropic's complete silence regarding all the accusations and complaints. My "for you" page is full of people canceling their subscriptions. The positive interpretation: Anthropic is aware of the harsh criticism and is currently working hard to address it with Opus 5.1 and Fable 5.1, which are supposedly being released today, and to release better, more useful models. In particular, an Opus 5.1 that doesn't end sessions if it doesn't like the tone, isn't lazy, etc., is important. The pessimistic interpretation is: it's simply being ignored because the consumer market is uninteresting anyway, and they're only focused on business and enterprise. I think we'll find out very soon.
