Anthropic expands GSA partnership with 40% Claude discount for governments

Anthropic announced a new OneGov agreement offering federal, state, local, tribal and territorial governments 40% off Claude Enterprise, Claude for Government and the Claude API. The company says agencies can buy through GSA now and pay for what they use, with cloud-provider purchases planned for the coming months. Anthropic estimates the discounts will save the government $1 billion.
