DHH Uses CLI and Personal Agent for Email Triage

DHH stated he has handled all Omacom Foundation email triage for the past week with a CLI and his personal agent. He said he cannot imagine returning to sorting email by hand. DHH added that he still has a million emails to answer because he continues to write every reply manually. The statement appears in a post quoting the Rails creator and co-owner of 37signals.
