    TLDR

Kane Hsieh posted that Waymos are so safe people now complain when the cars emergency brake after someone falls, as it makes riders feel bad. The post links to a report from a father in San Francisco's Noe Valley. A generated headline in the packet describes a Waymo robotaxi halting near a fallen toddler and the resulting safety complaints. The evidence consists of the quote from Hsieh and the linked social media posts.

@venturetwinsThe SF Chronicle wrote an entire story about a car ~not~ hitting anyone. You don't hate trad media enough.
@zacharynadoanti-safety clickbait like this will delay the rollout of tech that saves peoples lives, the authors should be ashamed
@kaneWaymos are so safe that people are now complaining that the cars safely emergency braked when they fell but it made them feel bad.
@joshelmanThis must have been very scary to the parent - a kid falling in the street with cars coming. At this point I trust self driving cars to detect and avoid this more than most human drivers especially distracted ones. Headline could be: Kid safe, thanks Waymo!
