A focused week-and-a-half sprint by the Hermes Agent team wiped out every outstanding P0 and P1 issue and pull request, capped by an all-nighter that brought the critical backlog to zero for the first time since momentum built. Co-founder Teknium credited collaborator Kshitij Kapoor for the sustained day-and-night effort and set the explicit goal of staying at zero going forward, all while shipping v0.18.0 features including Mixture of Agents as a virtual model and expanded provider support.

With the repo now clean, contributors can shift from firefighting to adding skills and memory features without waiting on blockers, though the project still runs on modest infrastructure like a five-dollar VPS.
