Optimus is reportedly in early production, with AI and design work still ahead

In a quote shared by Sawyer Merritt, Musk says Optimus has entered early production and the vast majority of its one-million-unit-a-year line is installed at Fremont. He says design, AI, reliability and usage-life issues remain, and expects them to be resolved by the end of 2027. He cautions that the initial growth curve will be shallow.
