i have never attacked anyone on this platform, ever. i simply stated a fact. i understand the mission of this app is to grow. drawing in the missing gender & encouraging these kinds of posts is a perfectly reasonable strategy. my complaint is much simpler which is that the instagram aesthetics that have proliferated culture are genuinely mind numbing. worse yet, these ppl are behaving exactly the same. it’s as if your mind is being injected with poison with the same content over & over. i’ve muted countless accounts, yet my timeline is still saturated with them. i wish the algorithm would take into the content types of muted accounts perhaps?
