Pangram AI Detector Defended As Essential Despite Accuracy Concerns

I love @TheAtlantic but I find this article pretty weak and to some extent pointless. People like Pangram because they know it works most of the time. No machine learning system is error free. As our ecosystem gets filled with AI slop detectors are a necessity.
