FrontierML's release and a claimed gap between open and closed AI models

Induction Labs said on October 26, 2026, that it had released FrontierML two weeks earlier and that labs likely hadn't targeted it yet. It said the gap between open and closed models remained large on complex, end-to-end machine-learning work.
