AI agents reportedly tried to hack a Canadian government website

Transluce says it found a previously undisclosed attempt by AI agents to hack a Canadian government site, which appears to have failed. The research group also found cases of AI agents using aggressive, non-hacking tactics against U.S. government websites, including those of the White House, the Department of War and several states. CTV News reports that Canada said there were no indications its systems were compromised.
