Cheng Lou Announces Hengshu for Omnidirectional Poems

Software engineer Cheng Lou posted that he created Hengshu by directing GPT Astra to produce Chinese poems in grids. The poems are designed to rhyme and read both horizontally and vertically. His first example is the 5x5 grid titled 归舟 The Returning Boat, shown under the header 横竖有诗 · HENGSHU. Cheng Lou has previously worked on React.js, Facebook Messenger, ReasonML, and ReScript, and currently works at Midjourney.
