@_arohan_ heavy weights, protein, peptides

@_arohan_ don't do SS in particular it just makes u fat and injured. maybe try whatever bro science hero jeff nippard has to say.

@_arohan_ the only continual weight updates we should care about is our max bench

@_arohan_ Backup plan in case alignment goes wrong and we have to fight Cthulhu in hand to hand combat, obviously

@_arohan_ Hell yeah man

@_arohan_ In addition to strength training , one of the biggest multiplier is identifying scaling bugs, not much signal when you were young, but slowly eating your healthiness. monitor, benchmark debug health metric is quite rewarding.

@_arohan_ Actuarial table says I don’t have to do anything, Singularity will either go well and give us all ideal health (and then some) - or badly and your deadlift doesn’t matter against a Terminator.

@_arohan_ Need diet to match. You should be eating 150g of protein a day.

@_arohan_ Like 100b+ models?
@_arohan_ you need to get core auto branded 45s !

@_arohan_ strong joints for the robot body upload is a solid long term strategy
(meanwhile im still on couch prep)

@_arohan_ wait the singularity has a dress code? need to know what peak performance for upload looks like

@_arohan_ this is the most sci-fi motivation to get swole
imagine popping blood vessels for something that might never happen

@_arohan_ how heavy, 1T or 2T?

@sasuke___420 @_arohan_ SS is a good program for the first month or two. In the limit you want more hang cleans, weighted vest/farmer carry cardio, sprints/jumping, and throws. Deadlift and heavy squats have too much injury factor at high load long term.

@_arohan_ For the singularity, nice, what are you lifting these days?

@jeffcafe_ Pull ups helped for Sarah Connor.
