400 MW AI factory planned beside a power plant in Chiba

Michael Dell says JERA, RHAELM, Dell and Apollo Global plan a 400 MW AI factory next to a power plant in Chiba, Japan, with its first phase online in 2028. He says it will be the largest single-site AI deployment in Asia outside China and points to multi-gigawatt deployment across Japan as the next step.
