    TLDR

    The official ChatGPT account stated that users can open any Google Drive Doc, Sheet, or Slide directly inside ChatGPT. The post notes this removes the need to switch tabs during work. It is rolling out on web to Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users in both ChatGPT and ChatGPT Work. Research engineer Tibo Sottiaux replied that the change altered his process for writing documents, brainstorming, and proofreading by letting him chat through edits in one flow.

    @ChatGPTYou probably hate tab switching. Understandable. You can now open any @googledrive Doc, Sheet, or Slide right inside ChatGPT and work side by side without switching tabs. Rolling out on web to Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users in ChatGPT and ChatGPT Work.
    @thsottiauxWork with Google docs, sheets and slides right inside ChatGPT. This has changed how I write documents, brainstorm or proofread things. I just open it and then chat or talk my way through changes and it all happens right there in the flow.
    @hnshahThis is awesome.
    @peterjliu@ChatGPT @googledrive Did Google agree to this?
    @trevinIronically did Google need @OpenAI to help make their Google Workspace products more relevant in an AI era?
